MRO hands down Ladhams, Preuss findings as Eagle learns fate

Sydney’s Peter Ladhams and GWS’ Braydon Preuss have been offered one-match bans after the MRO delivered his findings from Saturday’s Round 14 games.

Ladhams was charged with striking Ollie Wines during the third quarter of Sydney’s loss to Port Adelaide.

The MRO assessed the strike as intentional conduct, medium impact, body contact.

He’ll miss Sydney’s Round 15 clash with St Kilda if he accepts an early plea.

Preuss on the other hand was charged with a dangerous tackle (rough conduct) against Western Bulldogs ruckman Tim English in Saturday night’s loss.

The MRO assessed the incident as careless conduct, medium impact and high conduct.

He’ll miss the Giants’ clash against Collingwood next Sunday with an early plea.

West Coast’s Willie Rioli was also charged with striking Geelong’s Sam De Koning, but the Eagle can accept a $2000 sanction with an early plea.
